I recently dug out a batch of vintage Mullard black glass Ge transistors, these will be avail until they run out. After that, these will be built with old stock soviet or Japanese Ge transistors that are tested and played to ensure top quality performance.
All hand built in Chicago. Printed and powder coated in the USA.
Overbuilt with 1/2 w metal film resistors, axial Mallory caps, open face Neutrik jacks, and high cycle true bypass switching. This is the original Daredevil circuit take on the vintage 60’s Rangemasters. Each one is individually tested and biased for optimal performance. The Silver Solo has been dialed in to give you all the crunchy sweet boost and gain you could ask for, a signature tone that has made the Silver Solo a mainstay of the lineup since 2012.
The Silver Solo has a control for overall output, and one that adjusts the EQ range from bright and crisp, to fat and saturated. Used as either a “leave-on” secret sauce, or as a ripping solo boost… these are a tone hunters go-to for any rig.
Runs on 9V battery or DC jack. True Bypass.
